If you have not heard well let me inform you that Marvel is closer to inking a deal to incorporate Spiderman into Avengers: Infinity War Films. But is this feasible with the current Andrew Garfield, who many has stated does not fit the role of Spiderman? This is further compounded by the fact the recent Spiderman films has failed to surpass any of the Sam Raimi Spiderman movies. This is something to strongly consider when they are making their final preparation incorporating Andrew into a film with stalwarts as Robert downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth etc. For some reason, Andrew seems incongruous or probably it still the fact that audience are still in retrospective of the magnificent but soppy story with Toby Mcguire. It may appear that way, but also there’s lack of sobriety when gauging Andrew’s performance. Yes it’s good that as Spiderman you are having fun, but not everything is shrouded in humor. If he is fighting a big bad monster, with a horn that smash his skull he cracks one of his stiff jokes that you have to wonder if he shot that from his web. Don't quote me, but this would almost be similar in magnitude to a fighter jet combating a group of men on the ground clutching AK 47's. Yes you have the advantage but that doesn't mean it’s something to joke about. There is still a strong possibility you can die. Then you have the moments Amazing Spiderman( Andrew Garfield) gets all emotional. Yes, I know, Toby does get emotional but there was a semblance of equilibrium between his mercurial personality. Honestly, Amazing Spiderman feels like a confused teenage girl, she doesn't know if she is happy or sad. However, let's not bash Andrew alone for the ruin of the Spiderman franchise. Let's turn our wrath to the persons that assembled the plot because it’s practical to assess the story development behind the films. Apparently, the writers have not learned anything and just piece things together based on their visceral expectation more is better. Accordingly, they try and cram as much as possible in one film- its like getting your money worth at an all you can eat buffet. This is clearly exemplified in the recent Amazing Spiderman 2. Its hard to fathom they literally don't learn. In the Sam Raimi, Spiderman 3, the writers stuffed three villains in one film, and it was a disaster. Then they attempted it again and it was a worse disaster- like two hurricane passing within a small interval of each other. You have to try and assimilate human logic of doing the same thing and expecting to get different results.
As a result of lack of adequate oversight, the film gross less than any of its predecessor. Yet they are planning a Spiderman 3. I wonder what they got up their sleeves this time. Probably integrate Captain America in the film to resuscitate the interest of fans. Perhaps that could even save Andrews career. However, it is believed that Captain America script has already been written and ready to shoot, therefore that's unlikely that will happen But currently with everyone focusing on the Avengers: Age of Ultron film, it is unclear what Marvel has in the pipeline. So let's wait and see. Don't be shy my lovely readers, if you like what you read and want to share your view leave a comment and let me know how you feel.

You know, I loved toby, he fit spiderman perfectly and I was sad when they changed him. I wasnt fond of Andrew but with time I started to like him. Glad you made that clarification @ it's not andrews fault why the spiderman is so soppy or comedic, it's the writers. But i do love the comedic element it makes it fun to watch, it's interesting, for me that is.

Thanks for the post and commendation, its great to hear from our movie fans. Yes, i must admit Andrew does have some element of humor that complements the film. However, it becomes too pervasive and completely detracts from the sobriety of the film. If he is not ejecting his rigid jokes, he is weeping about glen. There needs to be some balance in the film, something i blame the actors and writers
