The Hunger Game: Mockingjay Part 2
Katniss is back everyone. This time she back with unprecedented vengeance in her eyes, ready to take down The Capitol for the atrocities it has committed. The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 is expected to bring close an epic conclusion to the trilogy. The film was expected to be only four films, but Lionsgate ravenous appetite chose to split in two part series similar to the Twilight and Harry Potter films. The Hunger Game: Mockingjay Part 2 is expected to be release November 20, 2015.
The Hunger Game: Mockingjay – Part 1 was criticized for being too much slow-burn build-up, so it’s plausible that Part 2 will (respectively) come off to many as a rush of action and narrative payoffs – too much so, that is. On the other hand, after the third installment spent a fair amount of time banging the battle gong (without delivering much combat), a Hunger Games film that unfolds as a non-stop war thriller may provide the sort of emotional catharsis that fans have been waiting for since Mockingjay – Part 1 was first released. Either way, if you’ve followed the tale of Katniss Everdeen thus far, then you’ll want to check out the dramatic conclusion (one which may or may not end Hunger Games franchise in general too).. The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 Review
"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2" kicks off right after the devastating ending where The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 left us in: Peeta is under full recovery from his hijacking and the war of Panem is slowly unleashing. It's up to Katniss and the new squad called Squad 451 to take down the Capitol.
This movie starts out slow focusing more on the emotional impact of the war rather than the action, it extrapolate and elaborate the tremendous distraughting weight War unequivocally has on the entire team, promoting adequate development. The themes proposed in the first three movie are fully expanded upon and solidified.but when the weapons actually turned towards the center of the country This film features some of the most breathtaking and intense original action sequences we’ve seen yet: Snow has turned the Capitol into a deadly obstacle course planting "pods" all over the city – hidden booby traps that, when triggered by movement
Scenes where the squad encounter these things are the most thrilling, delivering the sort of action that we've been waiting for, but it's also harrowing as many characters fail to make it through the tunnels and it almost makes you feel guilty for wanting the action. If you didn't already know, the franchise stems from a young adult series of books, but you'd never guess that here. Undoubtedly the darkest film in the series, it goes hard and heavy on its subject matter, becoming more of a war movie than something you'd expect from a bunch of children's novels. From corrupt political figures and class segregation, to scare-mongering propaganda, war and even post-traumatic stress disorder, its weighty, and unlike the lighter earlier instalments that interjected humour through Elizabeth Banks' Effie or Stanley Tucci's Caesar, it never lets up this time. As ever, Jennifer Lawrence provides a masterclass gives an unparralel embodiment of Katniss. The consequences and effects of war are fully realised in this final chapter. We see how an unconventional heroine turns the tide of war and turns a nation into an army of fighters . and lawrence actually injects that surge of emotion, jolting the entire thematic structure of the Mockingjay part 2 film. She gets a lovely, bittersweet send-off, and the actress makes us believe in all the pain and experience etched across her face – the toll of an unwitting warrior tasked with saving the world. Peter and the rest of the supporting cast are also brillaint as they champion the grandstanding epic finale of the film. Francis Lawrence directs this film with precision and never lets the adventurous, large set pieces swamp his story and themes. Not only is The Hunger Games: Mockingjay part 2 a thrilling and heartbreaking series finale, but it also retroactively improves every prior installment by offering a new contextual window in which to view them. Mockingjay Part 2 is an action packed, brutal, emotionally gut punching and wonderfully crafted film. And it an epic conclusion to a brilliant franchise. I give The Hunger Games: Mockinjgay Part 2 9.5/10 Final Comment: If anyone says the movie is horrible, their lying, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 is exceptional and one of the best films of the year |
